Fantastic place near to where our son is at University. Clean and friendly, warm and a homely feel about it. The breakfast was very filling and served by courteous staff. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the receptionist and staff doing the breakfast. Highly recommended.

The service was fantastic Marie in particular was extremely helpful, from the moment we stepped into the hotel to the end of breakfast. She assisted us with a tray of coffee upon request before checking in. If you like a nice fluffy mattress like me and my 2 family members you will love the beds really comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay here. A bit of a time warp but more interesting than staying in a bland travel lodge. Nice garden area. Good pubs nearby. Easy walk to Beeston High St. Our room was clean and spacious. Will deffo stay again.

I stayed here for three nights, I was put up in an Annex. For a start, the staff are the really genuinely freindly; which makes a change, from the bigger hotels.
I had requested a single room, but got a double bed instead. All very warm, and spacious. The only problem I had there, was a faulty shower. They advised me to use another one, and knocked money of my bill. The policy of the hotel, is to clean the room between guests, although you can ask for clean towels, blankets, tea & coffee items.
The breakfast consists of one sausage, two rashers of bacon, beans, plum tomatoes and a fried egg.
