A lot off old caravans on this park, they have a few chalet for sale nice but I would say they should be a little bit bigger, downside double doors in the main living area, some have side doors which would be the best alternative.
£94,500 which for what it is expensive.
Could have a £35k caravan and stay in that for 12 months.

This site has the rudest person imaginable running it. he speaks to you in as if you are worth nothing. very condescending. wants all the money from you and gives nothing in return. roads are run down and not maintained. nothing to do n this site but sit in the chalet/caravan. if you try to put up a wind breaker or something your told to remove it. gutted that i have a chalet on here. wish i never purchased one. plenty on the market elsewhere.
