I applied for a kick starter job with Wyldecrest as a maintenance worker that should of gone out with the maintenance team to the different parks that Wyldecrest own to learn how to do all kinds of maintenance like fixing things and replacing extra but did the opposite of that for example i stayed at the main headquarters and had me cleaning the car park of leafs and litter also cleaning different peoples cars that work for the company, some cars are company cars and some not. Also the bosses cars.

Put a deposit of £1000 with David Cox on a Saturday afternoon 23rd October. We asked explicitly about cancellation process and had it noted on my copy of agreement. This was the rookery site. Decided over the weekend to cancel agreement.THIS WAS DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE ACCESS ROAD. Called Mr Cox and head office to inform of cancellation. This was 1 working day. After , 25th Oct 21.after numerous phone calls and speaking to financial department still no refund.

We have just stayed at this beautiful place called the badgers retreat, Tunstall, richmond, north Yorkshire and wow it is absolutely amazing. We stayed here Monday To Friday and Heather and Clive who run it are so lovely and helpful. The lodge had a dishwasher, washing machine, 2 bedrooms, one family bathroom and one en suite. We travelled from… the lodge to Richmond castle then to the waterfalls and eventually on our last day went to forbidden corner (we'll worth going). We will absolutely be back either end of this year or next year. If you get a chance to stay here you won't regret it

Had a caravan with them for two years, never missed a payment and sold it in early October and it has taken over three months for them to finally send MY money (which they haven't sent the right amount) only after at least fifty phone calls being passed from department to department. Nobody seemed to care because it wasn't their problem. Definitely won't be buying my next one with them, constantly trying to get money out of everything as soon as possible yet when it's other peoples money you can wait three months for a simple bank transfer.

After being told that we had secured a mobile home in Pooles Lane Hullbridge
and paying £5000.00 to secure plot in June.
I had a phone call from Wyldecrest park in October informing me that the mobile home was
no longer available as unbeknown to the caller the mobile home had been promised to someone
In-house.
This I believe was because I dared to criticise one of their workers who lives in the Park.
This man's behaviour on 2 occasions was disgusting, shouting and raving.
His attitude was rude, confrontational.
We have had to replace most if our white goods and furniture. Due to the knowledge

Advertised for a financial controller, with no salary range. At interview was advised that 2 weeks salary was deducted from first month as they have maintenance men and this is to assure that no theft occurs from vans. Question arises then just write that into the maintenance contracts and not blanket everyone with.the sane contract. To my mind it's a revenue spinner to gain interest themselves on the salary. Second point is this. I wasn't successful in my application as my salary was above their budget. I suggest that you put a salary range in the advert to manage everyone's expectations. However

I wouldn't recommend wyldecrest parks to anyone! my mum and dad had a park home but the steps leading into it were unsafe more than 20 cm which isnt aloud it's taken three accidents and my dad to be in hospital for two weeks and broke is leg till we realised something has to be done and wyldecrest wont take responsibility and are making my mum and dad pay to rebuild the steps totally unsafe buildings and terrible customer service. The park is willow brook sandycroft.
