Joining Perform Gym is the best thing I’ve done in years. We older ladies need to make sure we don’t lose our strength and mobility and I’m really feeling the improvement since I’ve been training regularly at Perform. The trainers get to know each member and help to personalise their session, and the exercise programme changes regularly so there’s always a new challenge. Also it’s a very friendly place, where you quickly get to know other members. It feels great to do something a bit strenuous and to see the results in your own increasing fitness and strength.

Been training here now about a year . I hated gyms before and felt other Bootcamp’s lacked supervision and injuries happened. I hurt my hand at work recently a small cut in awkward place , straight away I given an alternative to do. I carry a toe injury long term and there is a quick check your ok with a new exercise or again alternative provided quickly with no fuss . Here I feel very comfortable with different people , feel the trainers explain , observe and correct quickly with a good sense of humour . Wouldn’t go anywhere else now

I've been training at Perform for 2 years now, and couldn't recommend them more. I find normal corporate gyms daunting but at Perform everyone is welcomed, encouraged and supported to push themselves and take accountability for their own fitness and nutrition. You get the best of both worlds- personalised training from excellent trainers with a fun, social group atmosphere too! I'm the fittest I've probably ever been since joining and would encourage anyone thinking to give it a try, to go for it!

Absolutely love each session with Peter and Aaron...both extremely knowledgable re fitness, health and nutrition. Supported me during my rehabilitation after surgery on my post tibial tendon. Also manage a laugh during training with other members and instructors. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

I’ve been a member here for around 6 months, coming from an endurance background and not done much strength training for a long time.
The coaches are outstanding and my form and technique has come on immeasurably, I feel much stronger on runs and rides now as well. Would highly recommend

Couldn't ask for a better bunch to train with. People are great and Peter and Aaron know their stuff. Made lots of friends going here and even when I can't train the support and advice keeps me on track with nutrition and everything else. So much more than just a gym!
