If there are any problems with issuing your prescription, we may call you to let you know. I will contact the practice as soon as possible if I suspect that my account has been accessed by someone without my agreement. Consultations are by appointment only and bookings for both of our locations can be made by telephoning Strathpeffer on 01997 421455. Walk in patients will be offered the next routine available appointment only. All routine appointments are for 10 minutes duration. If you are aware that your consultation may be lengthy, or you have several health problems to discuss, please request a double appointment.
This is a two step process. Please complete the form and a member of staff will contact you to verify your details. Alternatively, you can collect and complete a form at the surgery. An account will then be created for you and you will be sent login details via e-mail. This new system will automatically show all medications which are currently on your repeat medication list at the surgery.
Earwax is a normal build-up of dead cells, hair, foreign material such as dust, and natural wax which forms a protective coating on the skin in the ear canal. The quantity of earwax produced varies greatly from person to person. A doctor or nurse can look into the ear canal and confirm a plug of earwax has formed.
