I ordered a dog bed cushion and two packs of chews on 28 August - it is now 2nd Nov and I have received nothing. No emails or calls. I am disgusted with the service - the telephone line is no longer operating and they have not responded to my emails or Facebook messages. I see they are still taking orders on the website - buyers beware!! I am about to initiate legal proceedings if a refund is not forthcoming immediately.

Appalling! We ordered a dog bed from this company on the 5th October and are still yet to receive it. We have contacted the company directly by email and have also tried phoning their number which is ‘out of service.’ We have had no correspondence other than our initial confirmation email so we are now taking this matter further.

Emailed twice and no reply at all. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
They’ve had £50 from me for 2 dog bed inserts and can’t be bothered to email me back after 2 emails. I plan to now report this company if I don’t get an urgent refund or reply. I will be taking this further it’s outrageous.

Awful service, I still haven't received my order placed on 27 January. Email received next day to tell me the bed would take 7 - 20 business days. Email received on 23 Feb (19 days after placing order) to say it wouldn't be delivered in the stated lead time - well that's obvious! No further updates received, I have had to chase them for updates and my emails are ignored for days! Called last week to be told that they were expecting my order to be on their delivery that week (what a coincidence!) and they would have it to me by the end of the week... not sure how they would manage that considering

I have been trying to cancel an order for the past 2 weeks as it is taking too long to come, I understand with covid deliveries are slow. But I do not have a problem with cancelling my order if it is going to take long as I needed a cat carrier ASAP can someone please get back to me about cancelling my order
