I purchased enough goods to qualify for free delivery. Few days later l get an email informing me couple of the goods are unavailable and do l want to purchase something else to be able to qualify for free delivery still. I responded with no thank you, not my issue as the goods were showing as available at the time of ordering and l asked for them to honour the free delivery or l would have no choice but to cancel rest of my order... worth approx £37... well the company chose to cancel my order ... lost customer forever there. Awful customer service. Do not recommend.

Products are usually great, I run a small Mousery so I have to order big 15kg bags of mouse food quite often. Most recent order I did, finally received it nearly 3 weeks later, the bag did actually come with a split in it and some of the food spilled on the floor, not the issue, taped it up and it’s fine. The main thing is, when I did my order, I needed some new small animal nail clippers to do my bunnies and piggies nails as mine have disappeared. It said when I did my order that they were in stock. Order went through fine and I didn’t get any emails saying they weren’t in stock. Received

NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY.
Having purchased five bags of Carefresh Bedding 60l, I have noticed a strong smell of fatty cooking coming from this, to the point it is unfit for its purpose especially considering this is an odour free product.
Having been a loyal customer for many years purchasing the same product, I have been advised that the smell is due to the way I have stored the product which is very odd, considering I have always stored this in the exact same way with no issues.
Have been advised, I can return the products at my own cost but will not be reimbursed, which is shocking considering
