Bought food online for my dog from them a few times now. This last time dhl lost the package and Lawson were brilliant at sorting it out for me, even sending a new order when it was clear the old one was lost! My dog is very pleased as we were getting dangerously close the bottom of the previous lot :D

Just want to say I couldn't recommend these enough. I've ordered several times and never had an issue until this last order. I spoke with Sharon and she was very helpful, it was not down to Lawsons it was down to the delivery company and seems to have gone missing due to the strain on the delivery services in these times of covid. Don't let that put you off though, Sharon managed to sort it all out for us and get a replacement sent out the next day! Massive thank you again for all your help in resolving our issue 👍

First time we had been yesterday, decent setup for covid protection and great range of animal feeds.
Large bag of Lawson's own puppy food for very little price. Great nutrient breakdown. No issues with puppy either.
We will return, preferred over mass produced commercial rip offs.
