I have just been in this shop for advice on a dog harness. The girls was so helpful even though she was on her own and busy. She gave us lots of advice, tried a harness on my dog, explained how it worked and showed us how to adjust it. She even walked the dog around the shop to show how to use it properly. Vert impressed.

I have ordered food for my cat worth £44 from their website and had to cancel due to a high transport fee £7 where others dont’t charge transport fees for orders higher than £15-£30,however when I got in touch with them via telephone they were very polite and accepted to cancel the order for me.Hence i am glad to leave them a 5* review for the professional approach to my request.Thank you!Also they have a very good variety of products available such a shame for the transport fee,otherwise I would’ve made them my number one choice.

Absolutely lovely place to go. Helped us to get a new harness for our lurcher. Even though he became a bit distressed when they tried to put the harness on. The lady managed him perfectly when he became distressed and just took a step back and let us deal with the harness. She was absolutely wonderful and would go back there again.

We came across the shop on an outing with our rescue dog Archie. Archie has been with us for about 3 months now. He can be extremely nervous around new people and other dogs so we are slowly building him up… with exposures. He is desperate for a coat and luckily the guys were amazing with him today make us all feel comfortable and reassured when measuring him. Archie now has a coat perfectly fitting and a few other treats to reward his bravery. I think it’s his new favourite place! We will definitely be back for Archie to write his Santa list! ❤️🐶🐾

I discovered My Pet HQ online and had deliveries of raw food down to Somerset as I couldn’t find a reasonably priced supplier more local at the time. I then visited Northumberland and got to see the shop in person and wow - it is just a doggy paradise. Has such a great selection of raw food / natural treats / fab toys / great quality collars. Very impressive, would definitely recommend whether you are near or far 😊

I can't rate this wonderful shop highly enough. The 2 owner ladies always go above and beyond to help us. We have taken our rescue dogs in for a few years now and if they can't help us, they will always either find out or send us to someone else, which is amazing customer service. They stock a huge selection of toys, treats, food etc. They have both given us really good advice on changing to a raw diet to help our beautiful girl with her skin and gut issues and they have a great variety of raw food and herbal healthcare to choose from. We do not live local, but always make sure we visit the shop

What an absolutely fantastic shop. Massive choice of toys, food,treats & coats. it's raw food central! got lots of different kinds of treats, a great range of the stinky ones and the best bit? Not a bag of… Bakers or packet of Pedigree in site! Staff and furry customers are so friendly. The only down side is that I live in London. If Carlsberg made Pet stores...... LOVE it ❤

I called into the shop 23/02/21 to collect my order, the staff were amazing, very informative and helping to organise my woodys change to raw . I cannot praise this place enough. The personal service is amazing. All the products are first class. You get advice and guidance and above all everything they sell is good quality and good for your dog. I’ve had two personal fittings for harnesses. The unusual treats are amazing my dog loves them. Nothing is too much trouble for Caroline or Diane. My favourite place by far and Tess loves it too xxxx

I cannot recommend My Pet HQ enough. Not only are the staff incredibly friendly and helpful but the vast range of products is incredible. The shop floor is set out beautifully and is just so much more than just a pet shop, its a well thought out concept and experience. My husband and I love taking our poodles there for a browse around and chat. Fabulous service and shop, would give it a 10/5 star rating if possible!

This shop is brilliant and we could not fault these girls. The shop is well laid out, social distancing has definitely been taken into consideration, the one way system works really well, and if there's no one else around...you can skip the system to exactly where you need to be.
The variety of products is well thought out. The toys are great value, the harnesses too and they're all neat and tidy, unlike bigger brand shops where everything doesn't really 'have its place'.
We take both our dalmatians there who are on a raw diet and they love coming in and picking their natural raw treats.
