Awesome pet shop with everything you may need for your pet, called in for some chuckit balls for the dogs while on holiday and the staff were helpful when we could not find them.

Visited this pet shop today whilst on holiday. My dog has always been a pain for pulling on lead despite training and using different products. Went in with an unruly dog and came out with a dog that is now a pleasure to walk. The gentleman serving us took his time to explain what would work and why etc and let us walk the dog in his new gear around town before paying. Credit to you and thank you so much for your help walking is now a pleasure. Highly recommend this shop.

We were on holiday staying in Alnwick, our first dog holiday, with a 1 year old chocolate labrador. We were fed up with her pulling on the lead so went in to purchase a harness. Got excellent advice. We bought the harness (and pick and mix dog biscuits) Ruby 🐶 very happy and no pulling.....
Support your local shops and not the large chains.

Fantastically well stocked pet shop. Helpful owner. Has great range of home baked style dog biscuits. Not your run of the mill pet shop, nor is it chain store uniformity. Visit and be delighted. Quality at a good price. Exactly what this holidaymaker wanted.
