Surrounded by patios, manicured gardens and 1,300 acres of farmland, The Betsey Wynne in Swanbourne re-opened its doors in 2017. Named after the Swanbourne Estate's 18th century owner, this traditional home farm venue has become a prominent destination in the village thanks to its striking views, 100-seat restaurant, and extensive bar and lounge area.
For our younger guests, an old Massey 135 tractor has become a popular attraction. With its finely hewn oak beams, terracotta floor tiles and open inglenook fireplace, our bar area provides a range of comfortable seating options, including the intimate snug.

Services
Our expert pizzaiolos craft genuine wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas. The 00 flour, tomato sauce and Fior di Latte mozzarella are all sourced from Naples. The dough is proved for longer resulting in a lighter crust. Cooked in the wood-fired oven, every pizza has a unique smokey flavour and is authentically charred, something that is impossible to replicate with a gas or traditional home oven.
Overlooking the Buckinghamshire countryside, The Betsey Wynne is a traditional country pub bursting with character and charm. Suitable for intimate and informal weddings, blessings and civil ceremonies it is the perfect venue to celebrate your special day. The Fremantle Room can accommodate up to 70 guests for your formal seated wedding breakfast and up to 100 guests for your evening buffet.
Please note that all of our tables are available to book through our online booking system. When making a booking enquiry, if there isn't a table available at your chosen time and the system doesn't offer you an alternative time then unfortunately we are fully booked. Very nice pub, big car park. Great choice of food at a reasonable price. Good quality all around. Nice atmosphere. Lovely pizza from the pizza oven that is in full view of the dining area. I've been quite a few times and have never been disappointed with the wide choice of food that we have had. Well worth a visit.

We decided for an impromptu Sunday roast so booked a table which was lucky but they had availability.
Never been before but heard good things and as we are vegan we fancied your roast dinner. This did not disappoint! The food was quick to be served, really tasty and a decent size. The service was great and the place is lovely. We will certainly be back 😁

Really disappointed. Beautiful exterior and garden area but let down by the service and (undercooked) food. Had heard great things so booked my birthday meal here but I was served undercooked pink chicken and when I complained to the waitress she blamed it on the seasoning making it that colour despite the meat being hardly even lukewarm. “I can send it back but this takes ages to cook” which made me a) not want to bother the staff by making a fuss and b) not hold up the people I was eating with. We complained to a manager who simply replied “I apologise and I’ll get something else what

Went here on the bank holiday Sunday. The pub has a very big garden, great selection on food and cocktails.
Unfortunately they had a few kitchens staff not turn up to work that day so wait times for food was very long however the staff kept us up to date and was turning away walk ins to ensure the kitchen didn't get even more behind on the orders so make sure you book to ensure you dont get turned away
They have a big car park however my car was still blocked in so was difficult to leave the car pack.
Dispite the few very small issues this overall was a great pub, with nice food and friendly
