Got the roast to share for two people and it was slightly underwhelming, our serving was absent of carrots and parsnips and the lamb was almost unbearably dry. On the upside, service was really good, waiting staff are really friendly and attentive (apart from the root veg 😉)

Once again the owner and her fantastic crew have done us proud with a table of 10.

First visit to the Cross keys to meet family before Christmas. A nice warm welcome by the staff & taken to our table. Good menu with plenty to choose from. My wife & I shared the souvlaki plate. Wow so much food. Nicely cooked & presented. We wished we had not had a starter. The service was good & attentive. A fir price for what we had. When we come back to the MK area this will be our first choice. Thank you.

Can't say enough positive things about this establishment!
Excellent staff, outstanding food.
First time visiting, will definitely be back.
We had Sunday roast, the best I have ever had out. Meat plentiful and lovely vegetables. Great value.

Just had the NICEST lunch here. Friendly and efficient bar staff, freezing cold beer, lovely selection on the menu. All our food came fairly quickly considering how busy they were. Food was 10/10...could not fault anything. Perfect little village pub. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Visited this evening on a recommendation from a friend, beautiful pub and the staff were so, so friendly. Our waitress was especially wonderful with our son who became unwell with a headache. She was so attentive and tried really hard to help him feel better. I'm sorry we didn't get her name but she truly was absolutely amazing. Our food was hurried down so we could get our son home again but our meals were delicious. Will definitely be back (without our son next time!)

Great food, served quickly, we did not have to wait long at all for each serving. This place just gets better each time we go, it is clearly very well managed.
The staff are very courteous, one even taking extra time to help a couple of old ladies choose a table.
Very impressed, we will visit again!

First visit to cross keys this weekend. Set in the beautiful Woughton area of MK. As you come into the main area, it has a lovely open feel, flooded with light from sliding glass doors. There was a friendly, lively atmosphere.
We had a lovely roast, with options of gammon, chicken, beef and others. Unfortunately they were out of gammon by 4pm so it must be popular (hopefully next time). I had the chicken portion, really well cooked, moist, but dare I say a little overkill on meat, I've never been so full! 😂
The pub also has a great outdoor area with a tent style covering. I really liked it

It was a rainy day when we visited, and we just wanted to get out of the cold and wet. What a fantastic decision! Everything was beautiful, and the food was delicious. I just wanted something simple, so asked for egg and chips, and you might think that egg and chips must be the same everywhere, but you are wrong! It was a delicious meal. Maybe the most delicious egg and chips ever made. The lesson here is, even ordering simple food will result in a delicious meal.
