Our one bedroom Plymouth self catering apartment comes with FREE Off Street Parking and FREE Wi-Fi for the duration of your stay and are fully equipped to very high standards and the additonal benefit of a double sofa bed allowing it to sleep up to 4 guests in style and comfort and all at very affordable prices.
Our beautifully converted one bedroom Parkview apartment is located on the first floor of the building in a quiet side street less than 100 metres from the famous Plymouth Hoe waterfront and one of Plymouth's premier play parks directly opposite. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with beach style units and laminate flooring complemented by stylish splashbacks.
We have four static caravans, two of which are based at the beautiful Perran Sands with the other two at the lovely Newquay Holiday Park in Cornwall. All of our caravan fleet are 12ft wide giving you that extra bit of space and all have decking and double glazing. Both of the Newquay caravans and Holywell Bay 6 have central heating whilst Kernow View 739 at Perran Sands has both panel heaters and portable radiators.
The latest Holiday Home in our fleet is this superb 2013 Swift Bordeaux Exclusive 38ft x 12ft three bedroom six berth static caravan which is also sited at Havens 4 star Perran Sands park in Perranporth Cornwall. This spacious caravan has private parking and large wrap around decking accessed from the French Doors in the Lounge.
Our newest and largest caravan to date is this lovely 2013 Swift Bordeaux 38ft x 12ft 3 bedroom 6 berth which is sited on the ever popular Newquay Holiday Park in Cornwall. It has a huge South facing deck with outdoor table and chairs and comes with full gas central heating, double glazing and private parking space.
