Rosecraddoc Manor Cornwell
It has often been said that Rosecraddoc Manor must be the nearest thing to paradise. The manor properties stand in 38 acres of beautiful grounds and woodlands, set around a lovely lake, stocked with carp, roach and bream. Rosecraddoc Manor features a variety of properties surrounding the historic Manor House to cater for all tastes whether classic, modern, cosy or cottage style is what you are looking for.

The manor was built in the 1820s on the site of a much older house mentioned in the Domesday Book. It is Grade II listed, along with two bridges in the grounds, and has now been converted into these attractive apartments and villas, making a perfect base for your Cornish holiday.
Services
This Grade II listed building built in the 1820's contains 8 separate converted apartments ranging from 2 to 5 guest capacity, all accessed via three stone steps up to the Manor House. Uniquely named the Natalie Jane, Foulston, Caradon, Gibson, Heron, Liam, Kingfisher and Carpenters. All apartments have bed, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and dining areas, some have additional features to suit varying needs.
The Crow's Nest Inn is a beautiful 16th Century white washed building in the hamlet of Crow's Nest. We are on the Eastern edge of Bodmin Moor, surrounded by old mine engine houses and ancient relics such as Trethevy Quoit, The Cheese Wring and the Hurlers. There are many lovely walks around the village and surrounding moorlands.
FREE fishing available around a superb lake with the beatiful & peaceful Manor grounds as scenary. The lake is stocked with carp, roach & bream. An all weather Tennis Court is available FREE to all who stay here. The court can be enjoyed from April to October as the area boasts mild weather in spring and autumn.

Just returned from a fantastic 4 day break. We were greeted by the owners who were extremely friendly and helpful. The lakeside villa was perfect and had everything we could possibly need. A peaceful and beautiful location but an ideal spot to explore Cornwall. Would highly recommend and will definitely return here again - Thank you for a perfect holiday.

Perfect, beautiful, tranquil surroundings, we couldn't believe we were actually there! It was exactly what we needed to switch off from our stressful jobs.
The couple who owns the property was very busy but always and immediately available to listen/answer your questions.
We will definitely re book when we visit Cornwall again.

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE !.. Overpriced and false advertising of the accommodation the decor of the room completely different from the photos on the website !.. toilet broke on arrival, no hot water out of kitchen tap to enable us to wash up !.. smell of damp !.. moths in wardrobe ..mouse poison in kitchen ... we have all looked forward to a holiday for 18 months and to be ripped off with price and false advertising is an absolute disgrace !..
I myself have owned a holiday let in Penzance and would be absolutely mortified if I got a review of this kind !.. the most unaccommodating and careless

The grounds in which the accommodations are located are beautiful and our one bed apartment (coach house) was of a good standard, clean and with a brand new bathroom. However, after speaking to others this is not the case for everybody. We paid £875 for a week only find out we had to pay almost £30 for the privilege of electricity and WiFi (£5 per a device for a week) which only covered three devices and didn't always work. We only found out about these charges on arrival. Due to covid there was no staff at reception, only a phone number which with no signal or WiFi was problematic for us and
