We're stockists of Anco, Danish Design Pet Products, Frozzy's Frozen Yogurts, Platinum Pet Nutrition, Kong, Urban Pup and more. The Spoilt Rotten Dog team have prepared some of the best items out there for dogs and their owners. Every product sold is personally recommended, and stocked based on our own experiences.
Please note this package isn't suitable for short haired breeds, please see the Deshedding Treatment package. Grooming should be part of all dogs usual routine, with daily/ weekly brushing at home depending on the breed (sometimes several times a day!) and regular visits to a professional grooming Salon.
My name is Natasha, I grew up with dogs always being part of our family from Yorkshire Terriers to Great Danes and have always been a great animal lover. Having had cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea-pigs, hamsters, rats, ducks, chickens, lambs, pigs & even rescued hedgehogs to hand rear before releasing into the wild, as part of the family, animal handling and care comes second nature to me!

My dog is old with health issues but genuinely enjoys coming here and is treated with love and respect. Everyone I have met there has been warm and friendly and knowledgeable with a real love for animals. Plus they do a brilliant job and know how to clip poodles! He always comes home looking and feeling amazing 😀

So i walked by this shop a few days ago, i was hoping to book my dog in for an appointment and buy him some treats, but looking through the window i just saw children AND STAFF throwing toys around! staff were standing at the top of the stairs throwing toys at children at the bottom of the stairs, and i saw a customer inside just standing there not being served at all. i honestly couldn't believe what i was seeing... and all the time there was so much shouting. i can't imagine how stressed the poor dogs inside must have been. i'm glad i didn't book my pup in that day because that environment is

The team whether at Pinner or Chalfont, always do an amazing job of my chihuahua. She used to be very nervous going to the groomers but after coming to spoilt rotten she always walks in the door with her tail wagging. I always recommend them to friends and family and everyone has been very pleased with their experience :)

What an incredible service I got!! My best friend got one heck of a pampering! She looked amazing and was clearly very comfy after! Our dogs are our family and these lovely people clearly understand that and shares our thoughts!
After so many people refused to groom my dog because she is a German Shepherd. Natasha was so understanding and welcomed us in. I'm usually concerned leaving my girl with others. However they made me feel safe to leave her. I'm so pleased I found Spoilt Rotten! Cause that's exactly what these amazing animals become here, Spoilt Rotten!

I have used Spoilt Rotten for many years with my previous family dogs.
Today I had my dog booked in for a groom before Christmas, however due to this new lockdown I assumed the groomers would be closed as they are where I live.
Spoilt Rotten never contacted me back saying they were open as normal, I left a voicemail and email asking them to get back to me on Saturday - 4 days before my appointment.
Then 10.00am today they ring to say they are still open, but due to them not getting back to me from Saturday morning I assumed they were closed and shaved etc my dog myself.
I then asked why they

Natasha has proven herself to be an excellent communicator, an astute business person a terrific part of the local community but most importantly a caring and professional dog groomer. She and the team are always welcoming, helpful and my dog is always happy to go in and see them and I am always happy to see him looking so good when he comes out!

We cannot praise Natasha and her team enough!! I never write reviews online but we are so impressed and happy with the results. Our dog has had behavioural issues in the past with known aggressive tendencies and nervousness, making it impossible to groom him! Within seconds of seeing Natasha, he was on his back getting a belly rub and so excited to see her - unheard of!? She really is like the Pied Piper for dogs!
We cannot thank or recommend you enough - the difference in our dog's temperament is unrecognisable (in just 24 hours!) Fantastic service - highly recommended!!

Ella had a wonderful first experience - she is a very frightened dog and the staff were fantastic with her. She came out looking fabulous it was the best grooming she has ever had. The staff are really good with her, she seemed quite happy. I will be taking her again and would highly recommend Spoil Rotten Dog Grooming Boutique to anyone.
