Welcome to Totally Mutts Dog Grooming, a bespoke Dog Grooming and Canine Beautician service based in Lee Lane, Pinkneys Green, Maidenhead. Totally Mutts owner is Jane Trozzo, who has pursued her passion for dogs and is a fully qualified Dog Groomer and Pet Stylist. Jane specialises in providing professional grooming experience with the health and well-being of your pet at the centre of what she does.
The 'number one' focus is to make your dog as comfortable and as relaxed as possible - ensuring that they enjoy the grooming experience and leave looking fabulous and smelling 'Totally' gorgeous! Totally Mutts provides a 'one to one' service for each dog, with only one dog being groomed at any one time.

Services
Each grooming session is for one dog at a time and includes a consultation to discuss your specific needs. During the grooming process, your dog will receive undivided attention from start to finish without unnecessary waiting around in cages, however, a dog may need to be caged for instance if two dogs arrive together, or collection is delayed for any reason.

Jane did an amazing job with our dog. Unfortunately, we had let his hair get very matted (more hair than dog). She was very kind and not judgmental; and explained how to avoid this in future. I can’t recommend her enough. A consummate professional. I think we’ll be seeing Jane for many years to come.

My dog Max loves Jane - she is so great with him and he is always happy to see her. She loves Max just as much and I am always happy leaving her with him. Jane does a great job and is reasonably priced as well which is a bonus. Would highly recommend.

Jane was absolutely perfect in grooming our Cockapoo Hazel . She has a natural love for what she does and immediately bonded with Hazel. Her service is impeccable and very professional. No request is too much for her. I will be using her from now on permanently

Hugo my Chow Chow LOVES these guys. He's a puppy and I was nervous about the first few grooms due to lockdown and not being able to take him but Sam and Jane made it so easy and even sent photos of Hugo smiling in the bath. Hugo now loves the experience and starts getting excited when he sees Sam pull up and doesn't like it when he has to come home. Hugo gives high fives all round!

We took our 2 year old Norfolk Terrier to Jane the other day for the first time. I was anxious and nervous - Jane was wonderful with me and our Stanley! He looks fantastic and totally calm and not at all bothered about this new experience - which i put down to you and your patience, understanding and experience.. Thank you Jane so very much.

Jane is brilliant and what she does and my dogs love her. I can't recommend her enough! She has been amazing with my little Edie who is a rescue with a past that makes her very scared of people. My dogs are very happy every time they see Jane, dogs know people better than people do and they love going to Totally Mutts!

Clare has been grooming our elderly KCC for about a year now. Our previous groomer was good but we changed to Totally Mutts because it was also near to our Vets. Clare is a lovely kind and highly qualified individual and our dog is looking better than ever and always comes home tail wagging! Keep up the good work Clare and enjoy your well deserved holiday!

Having been one of Claire’s first customers I cannot recommend her highly enough. She took my straggly little rescue from Romania to a beautiful little princess who now loves her visits so much.
