Do not use this groomer. We booked our miniature poodle for his first grooming and asked for him to have teddy cut. When we picked him up they had given him a classic poodle cut and shave his face, his tail and up his legs. His face was completely bare. He didnt even looked like our dog. one of the employees brought him and apologised that they didnt follow the instructions we had left. I had shown them a picture of what we wanted and they said they could do it. I was lost for words and asked how they had made the mistake and she said that they forgot and by the time they realised it was too late

Very unfriendly person on the phone. New to the area and tried to make an appointment. Because my dog, who is excellent when groomed, hasn't been to a groomer in 6 months due to Covid-19, they refuse to see her. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

My dog has been coming here for 9 years, he goes in looking like a dreadful fright and always comes out looking fantastic (why can't he stay like that). The owner and staff are lovely and professional. There is also a range of merchandise and food for sale.

I have been a customer for a few years and today they switched my dog harness and leach for a old and dirty one. I got in touch with them and they literally called my a liar and denied and never apologised for their mistake, was told by their staff that they don’t need my business. The owner was inside but didn’t come outside and couldn’t be bother to apologise...that’s how they appreciate their customers that says a lot of the type of people runs that place.
Canine creations has no customer service and would definitely not recommend.
If there was an option wouldn’t give them a single
