Cannot recommend the groomers here highly enough. Not only does our dog come out looking ever so handsome
And cute, he also never leaves stressed. The groomer only works with one dog at a time which is great for us as we have a slightly anxious dog. However he is always happy to go in there and always leaves happy as well which just shows how great the team are. We tried another groomer and had an absolutely horrible experience and now will only be bringing our dog here. The team Books up fast so would recommend booking well in advance

Good to see that the majority of reviews here are positive but we had a particularly poor and disappointing experience and as a consequence we will never be customers again. We were sorry to hear that there was such inflexibility on the exchange policy during times in a pandemic, just because the shop remained open throughout. There was no consideration or empathy for us having stayed immediately local for the third lockdown, otherwise of course we would have returned sooner. This type of “service” is completely shortsighted given we wanted to buy more things and wanted to enquire about grooming

Great friendly pet shop & groomers where nothing is too much trouble. Good range of stock & always happy to order in for you if you can’t find something. Grooming service is also very good, they are gentle & kind with my dog, he comes back looking great!

Love this pet shop.
We bought the most gorgeous rabbits for our little girl. They’re beautiful and the shop were kind enough to hold them for a couple of days more than we agreed.
The lady who owns in (not sure of her name) is really lovely and so friendly.
The groomers part is amazing too and have done a wonderful job on our shi -tzu.
You can tell they genuinely love animals and I’ll go to them for all my pet needs. X

By profiting from the over breeding of kittens. The rescue centres are totally full, there are too many kittens being born to meet the demand. By selling in a pet shops only means more cats being put to sleep by rescue centres. Do you know where your kittens go? Do you do house checks? Only a matter of time that it will be illegal to sell kittens and is will be with dogs soon. Bring it on. Profiting from misery.
