Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Appalling. They have done a very rough all over quick job, making it easy for themselves, rather than trying to do a bespoke cut to suit my dog's breed. She is unrecognisable and looks rather traumatised. And when we rang to try and discuss, we were told that we didn't love our dog. Never again.

We started bringing our puppy to Hair of the Dog when she was very little to get her used to groomers. The team is very friendly and takes great care of our Tilly. She always comes out with a wagging tail and beautiful, shiny fur. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

I would highly recommend this Dog Groomers. Each time I have visited the store, staff have always been cheerful & friendly which I find always helps. My dog has now visited twice for a junior spa treatment and his nails clipped. The service each time was spectacular, finishing ahead of our pick up time. Prices maybe a little more than you can get at Pets at Home but what is cost when you get first class service? Me and my dog feel valued and will continue to visit this business.

I always take my dog here ’Dylan’ and he is not easy. He can be so challenging that I have been called to collect him by previous groomers failing to cut his hair.
I was so delighted to find this place over a year ago! They have no issues with Dylan, they handle him Very well. His hair cut is always lovely! The staff are very friendly, I strongly recommend this place.
