I visited twice in the past week after adopting a 4 year old mixed breed dog from the Howell Humane Society. The dog has health problems and is very fearful, so I wanted to get in to pick up some supplies and get out quickly. Both times I was assisted by employees who were extremely helpful with their recommendations (Michelle and Jay). The dog food suggestions were particularly appreciated by me and my new dog Pixie.

Love this small gem of a pet store. They always have those unique pet gifts from independent distributors along with most of the big guys. Their focus on animal health and pricing is what keeps me coming back.

I took Henry to The Pet Emporium for his first ever puppy groom. He hates the hairdryer so the staff said they would towel dry him if necessary. However, apparently he was a very good boy and was happy to be… blow dried. Luckily Henry recognised me when I came to collect him because I sure didn't recognise him! What a transformation! He looks beautiful. And it's so lovely to be able to see his gorgeous amber-coloured eyes again. Thank you Pet Emporium.

I was really nervous and anxious leaving Harley my 4 month old Bichon X Yorkie but the ladies put me right at ease and you could immediately tell they loved their job and cared for every dog and owner that walked in Harley appeared settled and comfortable after the groom and looked and smelt amazing return visit already booked in so thankyou ladies
