We offer outdoor exercise classes in locations all over Edinburgh as well as live online classes. From the beauty of the outdoors to the comfort of your living room we have a class for you. You want to get fit and strong but running and jumping around doesn't sound appealing? We've got you covered! Join our L.I.F.E. Low Impact Fun Exercise Class to retain muscle mass, reduce aches and pains, feel strong and energised and ready to take on the world.
If you're managing to get used to the sleepless nights, and getting past that 'stay-in-your-PJs-all-day' stage, you may be starting to think about exercising again. She loves the buzz of a Mum and baby class. Jemma has a keen interest in helping women get back into fitness after birth so they can live life to the fullest.

I cannot recommend Fit and Happy highly enough. I've been bootcamping with this group for 3 years in all weathers, in sunshine, rain, and snow. It is fantastic to be out in the elements with other women getting strong and becoming fitter (and therefore happier!). Women of all ages and all levels. No competition, just support and encouragement.

Joining this Boot Camp was one of the best decisions I have made in recent months! I would never have believed I would go to something like this, let alone love it. But it’s friendly, fun, outdoors in the beautiful Meadows, always varied, it gets you fit and all in the company of other fabulous women. Julia and all the trainers are brilliant. It has made a real difference to my life, after a fairly rubbish year last year, and does a lot to lift my spirits as well as my fitness and strength. I love it!

I am so much stronger, in both body and mind, since I started boot camp just under a year ago. Julia will tailor the exercises to suit your individual needs and the wonderful ladies that attend are a positive and encouraging group. It's a fabulous way to start the day and I cannot recommend the class, and Julia's enthusiasm and energy, highly enough.

Julia makes you sweat, but also laugh! I never thought a boot camp was the thing for me, but this one I really enjoyed. Even though 9.00am is early for me ;-) Each session of 45 minutes just flew by thanks to Julia's tight schedule of exercises presented in an easy-going, supportive, but still demanding way. (She must have spent a long time planning and preparing) I've noticed getting stronger over the six weeks and for the first time in my life I can do push-ups! Thank you, Julia!

Julia´s Boot Camps in Edinburgh are awesome. Although it´s hard and challenging every time, we have so much fun. Julia gives different options for each level of fitness and supports every single person. It´s great to have options of how many sessions per week you want to attend. And you can change the days every week. If you´re looking for a fun and challenging workout in Edinburgh, I can´t recommend the Fit and Happy Boot Camp highly enough.

I am now on my third 6 week block of Fit & Happy boot camp and I absolutely love it. I was so nervous before starting as I had not done anything like this before and had a few negative preconceptions of what it would be like. All my preconceptions were completely wrong. It's fun not scary. It's friendly not bossy. It's tough but only as tough as you make it. Julia is such an great trainer/teacher that she immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel perfectly comfortable. There is such a friendly and welcoming vibe to the group and we always have such a good laugh. Sometimes too much! I highly

Julia McCabe of 'Fit & Happy' is a great fitness coach! Her groups are fun, well-organised & thorough, without being intimidating.
It's really great to exercise outside, whatever the weather, and with a group of lovely people!
I have just completed my first 6 weeks of bootcamp, going twice a week, and I've lost weight & gained strength - I'm already looking forward to the next term! Very good value for money.

Having had my second child at the age of 42, a year later I just couldn't shift the extra pounds I'd put on and really needed some help. I wanted someone who would understand the other pressures in a mum's life - I didn't want a drill sergeant. I felt Julia's website was very clear about the way she worked.
In the 3 months I've been working with Julia I've lost 11 lbs (I'm a small frame anyway so that is a very happy achievement - clothes shopping is so much more enjoyable).
I'm also much stronger because of the tailored training sessions - I can do things I thought I might not be able to do
