Established in 1990, our family owned Nursery is well known in Tickhill and the surrounding area. We provide care for children from the age of 3 months up to the age of 5 in the Nursery. The Nursery is a happy place.
Our main strengths are that we are very well established, we enjoy great references from parents who have brought or are still bringing their children to us, we are still regarded as small and homely and we have a very low staff turnover.We do enjoy being a part of our village community and try, whenever possible, to take the children on visits around Tickhill.

Services
We aim to provide a stimulating and happy environment for your child to play, grow and learn while having lots of fun!. We encourage children to be curious, to want to know more about our world and to build friendships - some of which last well into their school years as many of our children leave us to go to one of the two schools in the village.
We operate a Free Flow system where children choose to play inside or out with the outside reflecting the activities available inside. When you collect your child you will be given feedback on what your child has been doing during the day. Every child in our Toddler & Baby Room has a diary for you to read outlining their day to day activities.
We offer breakfast between 8-8:45am with a variety of healthy (not sugary) cereals, juice, toast and milk. We then have a free flow snack time between 10-10:45am for anyone who may not have wanted breakfast or is just a bit peckish. Lunchtime sees a great range of food from around the world. We offer everything from fish pie to chicken korma to pork stroganoff to good old bangers and mash.
The curriculum for the Toddler and Baby Rooms is planned using the Early Years Foundation Stage. The under 2's can experience a wide range of resources from sand and water to playing with shaving foam, feathers, playdough, paint, glitter and even playing with compost! ( All activities are supervised at all times!).
