Services
Being a mum to twin boys I know all about the pressure of working full time whilst raising children. In doing so I've deepened my understanding and the ability to support parents who are trying to juggle working, childcare and family life. I have 29 years of childcare experience having qualified as a NNEB nursery nurse in 1990.
We recognise the importance of staff and parents working together to ensure that your child's needs are met and that the transition from home to nursery is as smooth as possible. Settling in visits for new children are arranged before they start in nursery and these visits are tailored to individual needs so that you can feel comfortable about leaving your child.
At Bright Beginnings our philosophy that all bright beginners make for future stars isn't just for our children. That's why throughout every stage of your career with us, no matter the role, we will actively promote continuous development on a personal and professional level.

Once you've joined our team you'll be working alongside people who share your passion and professionalism, your shining service and conscientious practise will take our bright beginners to future stars. So why not take a look at our current opportunities below and take your first steps toward an exciting and rewarding career.
The younger children have daily access to a special outdoor area which includes a play house which the older babies can crawl or walk into, An ''astra turfed'' grass area for the younger babies to sit or lay on and experience the array of smells and sounds around them. Rabbitz provides a home for our youngest two-year olds, this is often the first room that children access when they start nursery.
Hi my name is Nicky, I have little boy named Oliver and I'm the team leader in our baby room "Pooh Bears". I have worked at bright beginnings day nursery since 2009. I take great pride in what I do and am very passionate about working with children, I feel very privileged to be able to see children grow and develop within our care.

My son attended this Nursery for 4 months and was hospitalised twice with severe viral conditions that were laughed off by the Manager -Kerry…Our GP said that although children will naturally get coughs and colds- these viral conditions were more than likely due to uncleanliness in regards sharing cups and cutlery…Whilst my son was ill, we maintained payments and when I called to let them know about his last illness I was accused of letting him attend whilst ill and told not to bring him in if he was ‘clingy’…which I found odd - as all 2 year olds can be clingy- I need to add my son has

Staff and apprentices are lovely however management clearly bullies their staff having experienced it multiple times when picking up my child, definitely look for another place to leave your child for the day as the atmosphere is not very pleasant to say the least.
