Jackie has been in the childcare business since 2004 and holds a B.A. (Honours) in Early Years Education as well as a wealth of other qualifications and experience and which has provided her with the knowledge and experience to open up high quality childcare settings that have grown and expanded and which now enjoy an excellent reputation in the communities they are situated.
Our Mission statement - To ensure children receive high quality childcare, to support and provide a firm foundation for each child in order for them to become a unique, independent, competent and confident learner and to give each child the opportunity for a secure future.

Coppice Childcare - Shard End aims to promote enthusiasm, self confidence and independence in our children. We believe play is vital for children, it helps them understand the world around them and to develop socially and emotionally. It is through play that our children learn, develop at their own pace and have fun with adults who understand, support and care about them.
Coppice Childcare Shard End believe that a well-trained and qualified workforce is key to providing quality care and learning opportunities for children and to support our childcare and education philosophy. We expect, encourage and support all our staff to continue their own learning and development and ensure staff have in-depth knowledge and understanding gained through continuing professional development and higher level qualifications.

I would like to say thank you for being one of the best nurseries I have worked at, I appreciate the staff more then ever thank you for everything you did for Khayam, from the minute he started and left from helping to take his first steps, teaching him to play and make friends , the staff are one of the best in the area without a doubt, I can’t thank you enough to the management team and the under 2 room 💜 you guys honestly go above and beyond for the children and their well-being, I wish you guys all the best and I would hands on heart to those reading this put your child in this
