If I could give 0 stars I would.
One VERY rude, ignorant, receptionist and Dr who doesn't care about patients.
Throw into the mix that I have now been waiting 6+ weeks for a call back I was suppose to be having 'by the end of the week'. Good luck getting to talk to someone who cares when you try to chase this up.
VERY SHOCKED they have any positive reviews as this has been the case for the years I have been a patient.

Told my DISABLED mother off for not doing her garden. When she explained if she was too ill to collect her medication how was she supposed to do her garden? and he told her to "just get someone else to do it" well if she could do that they would also be collecting her medication! We've also had other issues with this surgery refusing to refer… despite consultants advising it would be beneficial. Drs also have advised diet and excersise plans that actually are harmful to those with our rare condition and have no understanding that younger people can at times be bed bound. The manager is forever

Dear James Hill in response to your review from last week :
Regrettably we were experiencing technical issues with the phone lines due to recent storms, we immediately contacted BT who attended the surgery and remedied the problem. At the time we advertised the difficulties on our Facebook page and website and gave an alternative number for patients to call in an emergency. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We moved from West Elloe 2 years ago, to Gosberton medial Centre, it was the best thing we ever did, we felt before vunrable, being elderly, and not being able to get an appointment very easy,in fact when we did get an appointment, (to see a nurse, she told my husband, his blood pressure was a bit high,) and to come back the following week, during that week he had a TI, We are now with the most fantastic health centre, the doctors and nurses are fantastic, in fact my husband was not feeling very well, we got an appointment, same day, the doctor started the process, of referring him to hospital
