Undertake quarterly property inspections and provide details on the condition of the property and works necessary. I would avoid at all costs. I was concerned about renting through a 'one man band' and I was right to be. Everything started very strangely when Daniel insisted on regular visits (I also own and let a property and visits are annual for managed properties - regardless of agency). Every time something went wrong I was sent someone who seemed to be a relation or friend, not someone from a local company e.g. locksmith. I even had to had work re-done privately to make my own home secure.

I rented a flat through County Property Management for 4 and a half years. During this time, Daniel was extremely professional, and if any issues arose at the flat they were always sorted very quickly. By far the best estate agents for rentals I've dealt with in 10+ years of renting.

I had worries about selecting a good letting agent to manage my property, but Daniel from County Property has not only given me reassurance but is highly knowledgeable and experienced. Unlike estate agents who are letting agents on the side and are thus generally less responsive, County Properties have been responsive and I get good value from using their services.

Adam at County Property managed our property during renovation works at our house for the past year whilst we were overseas. We received excellent service and communication, Adam was professional, trustworthy and proactive giving us great advice on the work and managing various tradesmen. My partner and I rented a flat from this company a couple years ago and still to this day it fills our stomach with hate when it crops up in conversation.
We had water underneath our carpet and seeping through the walls and for 8 months they argued it was condensation. Along with a long string of other incredibly unprofessional and terrible experiences.
We ended up getting damp surveyors, builder reports and solicitors who all agreed with us it was rising damp and we were not liable for the damage.
Michelle and Daniel both lied to us constantly and it was the most frustrating experience ever

I am landlord that has been using County Property Management for over 10 years to manage the rental of my 4 Bedroom House in Newbury. Do not deal with this cunch of bunts..
Today I was told that no receipt or proof of completion is required when spending my deposit on utterly trivial and ridiculous items...
Avoid like the plague!!!
Completely incapable of describing how useless and inefectual this shambles of an organisation is.. culminating in deposit disputes which are still ongoing...

The County Property team have been managing our rental for 6 years and I wouldn't leave it in anyone else's hands. They understand the attention to detail required in property management and don't cut corners. They are always a step ahead of where they need to be, and treat our house like it's their property.
