Absolutely awful agency throughout the year. Had many issues with the house, like water coming through my light switch, and their response to get anything fixed took several days. Their maintenance number was never manned for emergencies. When it came to check out they had tried to deduct most of our deposit and after I pressed for proof of invoices etc. Their handyman had just knocked up some fake ones. After walking past the house the next year, the things they provided these invoices for where still not fixed. AVOID RENTING ANY PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Been with this agency for almost 3 years and can tell that all the issues happened in the flat were resolved withing 24-48 hours. The agent named Rabia helped us out a lot, lovely attitude, smile on her face, willing to help with a common sense, able to answer any question. I have a great experience. 5 stars.

RNR is managing our rental property since over two years and we are very happy with their fully managed services. RnR have been very forthcoming in handling tenants' concerns proactively and suggesting cost effective solutions with our minimal intervention. Last month was the recent example when they secured a new tenant on-time and they managed to get old tenant's check-out, Professional cleaning and new tenants checked-in done on the same day.
