Excellent service. The agent (Amy) helped us during our moving in and she was very polite, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She made the whole process simple and quick.

I had a extremely professional service from Jon himself. He was always professional and slightly ‘Old school’ in customer service, which was most welcome in this day and age. Jon was really instrumental in getting from offer through to completion in a stress free manner, calling me on updates and minor changes.
The little details were appreciated such as being posted out the particulars on a property once offer accepted and tips for upgrading my purchase. I have dealt with several agents in Reading and Jon stands out a genuine independent estate agent who are a great rarity in the industry

I looked at renting a property with Jon Rosi on London Street in Reading when I first moved to Reading a few years ago.
They had a variety of sensibly priced one bedroom flats on offer.
I viewed a number of places and the agent drove to them with us to view. The communication was great especially as I was living 100 miles away at the time.
I eventually plumped for a small one bed flat and battered the price down from £450 to £425 per calendar month this was 4 years ago.
They were very helpful and friendly towards us and was happy with their management of the property.
They worked with the landlord
