Best customer service, honest and caring. They'll be always there to help if any issue with the property, mostly on the same day. They’re not after your money Or try to charge you extra for anything. I stayed more than 2 years in one of their property without any issues.

Property was grubby when we moved in (other peoples things left in the property like clothes etc.).
We were fine tenants for almost 2 years but as time went on more and more issues with the property.
The issues often took very long to get any response on (apparently due to the landlord not getting back to the agency).
The windows did not open and we were told only one could be fixed for the moment as it was expensive (in a one sided ventilated property). We also had a huge leak with water pouring through which needed redecorating the painter came and told us he had been told to just "patch it

The agency have restarted their reviews because they rightly had a low score before. An indication of how dishonest they are.
They were incredibly slow and unhelpful in paying back my deposit and holding onto it to make my pay extra rent that I really didn't need to pay.
We were without internet for over 2 weeks and the agency and the landlord, Mohammed, who works with them didn't help at all despite the landlord being the contracted bill payer.
Would not recommend this agency at all.

I have never had any issues with Mr Sales & Lettings during my 6 years living at the property. They have always or nearly always notified of any visits with at least 24 hours notice, responded to maintenance issues when needed and relayed information to the landlords when required, although I personally often liaised with the landlords directly as they were reachable and available. Whenever I have done any viewings, they have been there in good time and shown the relevant aspects of any properties. Perhaps however not all the properties I have done viewings of were as cosy or as appealing as I

The pictures they use on their listings are of when the property was renovated, whether that be 5 or 10 years ago and do not represent the damp and other issues which have presented themselves.
They are unprofessional confrontational cowboys. They access the property as they please, never knocking and only sometimes notifying you that they are coming. They are extremely poor at communication.
They are unable to fix repairs effectively, clearly sending untrained cowboy labourers to try 'fix' leaks and the damage caused
