Osteopaths have a holistic approach and believe that your whole body will work well if your body is in good structural balance. Imagine, for example, a car that has one of its front wheels not quite pointing straight. It may run well for a while, but after a few thousand miles, the tyre will wear out.

Having had a discectomy some time ago I was cautious about seeing an osteopath after a fall & developing sciatica. My concern proved foundless as Sharon was easily able to understand my relatively complex problems & subsequently effectively begin treatment. Already seeing a marked improvement & look forward to further sessions to enable further recovery..

After being initially apprehensive about letting anyone near my back due to the pain I was in at the time, Sharon has over the course of almost 6 months, remained patient, tailoring each treatment to where the pain is worse, explaining what she is doing and why. Sharon Watson is a genius! I have had a very nasty type 2 Spinal Bend whilst scuba diving 30 years ago which resulted in paralysis and 9 months in Stoke Mandeville. Not surprisingly my whole spinal system is complex and a bit fragile, and there has only ever been two people I trust to treat it effectively, Micheael Relf in Berkshire and Sharon Watson. She really knows what is going on and how to treat me the best way - and is strong enough to do just that. She has an Incredible knowledge of human physiology. If you are in Wiltshire and have a back problem, then do not mess around and suffer it
