Kim Burnett has been working as an Osteopath using both structural and cranial osteopathy for over 30 years. She is a member of the General Osteopathic Council and Institute of Osteopathy. She enjoys treating everyone from babies to the elderly and has a particular interest in treating people suffering with headaches and pain in pregnancy.

Having trained as a Naturopath, Kim can also give advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes that will affect your overall health. Outside of her practice Kim enjoys long distance cycling and walking, playing golf and gardening.
Services
Abdominal massage uses a series of manipulations on the abdomen (funnily enough) and sacrum area. It improves circulation, realigns organs*, relieves pressure, releases tension, breaks up scar tissue, stimulates the digestive system and ovaries, clears the colon, has a detoxing effect on the body, boosts the liver, improves the flow of digestive juices and hormones, warms cold patches and improves numbness.
Polly has been qualified for over 20 years and worked for the NHS for the past 19 years in the area of Child & Adolescent Mental Health. In addition to her NHS work she has had a private practice here at the Natural Health Centre for the past 7 years where she specialises in Clinical Supervision for other Psychotherapists and provides Art Therapy for young people and adults.
Chiropractic is a straight forward method of adjusting the bones of your body to improve the alignment of your skeleton, and through this process help the nervous system to work more efficiently. The purpose of chiropractic care is to realign and rebalance your body to relieve pain and discomfort, and increase mobility.
Physiotherapy is the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions by means of physical therapy. This may involve the use of various hands on techniques, exercises, stretching and rehabilitation, postural and functional correction ultra sound and advice.

Conditions suitable for treatment are spinal pain and symptoms such as referred arm, head and leg pain [sciatica], muscle, tendon and ligament injury, joint injury and associated restriction of movement, also sports injuries and orthopaedic problems such as following joint replacement and fractures.All clients will have an assessment prior to treatment and be given an indication of how much treatment they may require.
