Sports Massage has been around for a long time and is often referred to today as Soft Tissue Therapy. This type of massage isn't just for those who practice sport, it works wonders for general aches and pains as well. At West Berkshire Injury Clinic will employ a wide range of sports massage techniques depending upon your current condition as well as the pain that you are experiencing.
For those professionally reliant on their voices, qualified with the Active Health Group, and an amateur singer himself, Andrew Spaak knows only too well the importance of good vocal health. Vocal chords, and the muscles surrounding, them are every bit as precious as the other muscles in our body. If overworked or used in the wrong way they are liable to tension and strain.

Visited Andrew a couple of times and I'm very impressed with his skill. Easy to get along with and keeps you informed about what he's doing (and how much it's about to hurt!).
Very good follow up with personalised exercise plan to get you back on track between visits.
He's very responsive and amenable to changes to appointments.
Recommend.

I’ve had a few appointments with Andy for some on going issues I’ve had with sciatica and problems with my knee. Andy has been amazing, he is so professional, and thorough. He made me so at ease throughout my whole treatment. He gave me some excellent information on how I can help myself moving forward he really knew what he was talking about and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was always very realistic to what I personally needed and I will definitely be going back to him for my future treatments, but for now I’m like a new women, thanks Andy ☺️

I worked with Andrew for almost the entirety of 2019, having set a very ambitious target for my first marathon, compounded by a recurrent knee problem that was affecting my early training. To say he literally re-built me is no joke. From gait analysis and gait re-engineering, through strength and conditioning training, via nutrition, physical therapy and psychological advice, Andrew supported me every step of the way – and the results were amazing. I emerged a much stronger, faster runner and there’s no way I could have even gotten close to my target time without his help.
