Excellent BB hotel in Edinburgh. Location is centralized to the city center, bus and train routes. Rooms are spic-n-span clean. The owner/hosts Gregorio and Isabel are best in terms of hospitality, great cook- food superb. This facility deserves more than 101% rating, will certainly come back and recommend to friends visiting Scotland. Thank you for such a wonderful accommodation.

I stayed here over the weekend and had a truly great experience. It was close to the station allowing easy access and was in the middle of Carlton hill which was nice to visit. Our rooms were extremely clean and this was maintained through the hotel. The owners hospitality was very friendly, comforting and they done everything to ensure that our stay was delightful. I would definitely recommend.

Overall,it is a beautiful and clean place. However, The WiFi signal is too weak to connect, which is quite terrible. Besides, do not use the towel in the bedroom, if you put the towel into the water, you will find many soap foam, quite dirty.

Rather small and old, creeky floor and thin walls. No toilets and showers in the rooms. Wifi rather crappy. Host was nice and the beds were lively to sleep in.

The hotel host was really thorough. The place was really comfortable and breakfast was okay. One of the showers was tricky to use as it was poorly constructed.

Absolutely loved our stay at Lyncliff. We've never felt so welcomed and at home. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us and cater to our needs. The place is really clean and has a very special charm and character to it. Highly recommend this to anyone staying in Edinburgh!

It has been the best hotel/B&B during our stay in Scothland. Everything was clean and the staff was so nice and helpfull. We arrived late at night and he was waiting for us. The next day we had to go very early to the airport and he woke up at 6 just to make us an excellent english breakfast. We will come back when in Edinburgh.
