David Gould Opticians has been established in the Rossendale Valley since 2003, and with practices in both Rawtenstall and Haslingden, we offer an exceptionally high standard of service to all clients requiring eye examinations, whether you have been an existing client for years, you have recently decided you need an eye health check-up, or, you require a more thorough and personalised service than you currently receive from you existing optometrists.
Our optometrist will ask you about your general health, and any medications you may be taking, and will find out about your previous eye history. We can measure the prescription from any existing spectacles you may have so that we know what you have been using in the past. If you have been to us before, then we will have detailed records.

And although this figure is most definitely on the increase, national statistics suggest that it tends to be younger people who go for this option, with only 1% of those over 65 choosing to wear contact lenses.
