Here at Brook we are passionate about the industry, all day long we see and speak to people looking to set up and we have for the past 21 years supplied equipment to thousands of new start businesses, in addition we offer various training courses covering a wide range of artisan baking. Our latest bakery course offerings are tutored by award winning master baker Mark Bennett.
Bread Roll/Bun Divider Moulders, both semi and automatic options for equally dividing and shaping dough. Standalone dividers offering bakeries with a manually operated, fast and accurate dividing system for a variety of doughs to reduce hand scaling and to integrate with moulders or hand shaping. Hexagonal shaped hydraulic dividing presses to shape scone dough ready for baking, available in various weight ranges and sizes.
Stylish glass fronted, Polin ovens available in many configurations for artisan baking, achieving a consistent authentic bake. Artisan Polin deck ovens for authentic bread baking with gas, electric and wood pellet options in huge range of sizes for manual peel or setter loading and unloading. Convection ovens are suitable for many applications and products.
For larger bakeries and producers our range of Computerised Pastry Rollers provides choices in terms of scale and production levels to streamline pastry production. The range of POLIN universal production lines offer extreme flexibility and versatility which is combined within a quality and robust build.
Storage for ingredients and end products with either shelved systems or with runners to take bakery trays. One of the staple pieces of equipment in any bakery is the Prover and here at brook we offer various models supplied by several manufacturers to cover every requirement. Production aiding storage, holding units for trays or racks, encompass refrigerated holding alongside proving systems.

I have recently taking delivery of a Rofco B40 oven. It was a long time coming, given that everyone seems to have had the same idea in lockdown. Brook kept me updated, and even with COVID and Brexit, the oven was delivered in time with the lead time I was given. Jo and Ann at Brook have been very helpful throughout and they have been a pleasure to deal with.

To any small bakeries out there about to spend all of your hard earned money on an oven from here think twice. I am just about to scrap a 4 deck mono oven that has lasted me 2 years and cost me 10k. I have had problem after problem with this oven since installation and the fact we still have a business making bread astounds me with the difficulties we've had with this oven. One engineer said it should never have been resold and should of gone to the scrap along time ago. Every engineer outside of Brooks has terrible things to say about this company. Please do not waste your money. on their second

Maybe Brooks only looks after its larger clients. As a private purchaser buying just a Rofco Oven and Prover I have had nothing but headaches and a torturous journey from start to finish. The Rofco salesman must have been asleep during the customer service presentation - he is appallingly bad. He was completely ineffectual with my broken oven (on delivery) and it got worse with the missing manual and paperwork for my prover. After emailing the manual for the wrong model he said he couldn't find the right model and I should get it myself from Rofco - followed by they (Brooks) have problems getting

Such a great company to work with, provided good honest information, supplied a wide range of new and used equipment and everything from big machines to small accessories. We will be using Brook Food Processing again in the future - great customer service. All members of the team from sales, logistics, drivers and engineers were really helpful.

I am a bakery consultant with a Test Kitchen in Wilsthire. I have worked with Brook trialling machinery for a client and had very good help with trailing and understanding the capabilities of the kit. Recently I bought a Polin Pastry Brake and Specialist Wood Topped Table for my Test Kitchen, the order was fulfilled within 1 week and the delivery was excellent, the driver very helpful and took all the cardboard away. Quotes are quick to get, really can't complain. I plan to work with them as I expand my business.
