Our award-winning breads, savouries, cakes, scones and pastries are hand-made from scratch and baked on the premises in brick-floored ovens. We bake using the time-honoured practice of taking time and the simple ingredients of flour, water, levain for sourdoughs and yeast for everyday loaves. Our bread is free from added fats, improvers and sugar.
