Recently formed as a company in it's own right, Kent Land & Planning was formerly the land department of Clarendon Homes. Since branching off in 2018, our team has continued to enjoy a very close working relationship with Clarendon Homes, combining to deliver unique developments in Kent and the nearby areas.
We have multiple professional accounts with public information providers including the Land Registry and Ordnance Survey, enabling us to search for land and contact the legal owners. Nothing at all. Kent Land & Planning will pay all fees associated with gaining planning permission, plus we will cover your solicitor's fees to enter into the agreement with us.
