We have built our reputation on the successful development of complicated, unusual sites and intricate, complex buildings. Not projects for the feint-hearted but with skill, experience and passion, the transformation is amazing. Always seeking to add value through our own creativity, we strive to achieve that careful balance of customer delight and commercial success.

Intelligent design and attention to detail is at the forefront of our approach, and the combination of location and looks ensures that our developments are often sold out well before completion. We embrace sustainable technology as we like to help the planet, but we also want our buyers save money on their fuel bills.

Seeing the potential of converting some underused office suites in this unbelievable location, we created two beautiful apartments above the Playhouse Theatre on the Thames Embankment. The simple yet luxurious interiors are complimented by the breathtaking view across the River Thames to the London Eye.
Our first venture in the Capital: a new build property with 16 elegant apartments in a surprising location. These were part of the first wave of residential development in the City of London that has helped set the trend for living within the Square Mile. With a striking brick elevation, these well-planned, one bedroom apartments proved exceptionally popular as pied-a-terre accommodation for City workers.
14 King's Mews was built on a sensitive corner site in Bloomsbury. Working with designers A+D Studio, we created a distinctive modern building, but one that respects the Victorian mews setting. The apartments range from space-efficient studios to a spectacular duplex penthouse overlooking Bloomsbury.
A new name was added to the map of London when we created Printers Inn Court in the centre of the Capital's legal district. A blend of contemporary and Victorian architecture in a new, courtyard setting, comprising of 19 one, two and three bedroom apartments and a Michelin-recommended restaurant. A demanding site of a former print works.
We are always on the lookout for potential partners, where working together can add value to a project. This could be with suppliers or contractors but also with landowners, agents, investors and even other developers. A successful partnership is a mix of complementary skills, experience and resources.
