I Will never buy from a Millwood site ever again and I suggest anyone thinking about buying from them should think twice. The buildings are absolutely fine and built to high standards but there is a lot of information they withheld. We moved into our new home 3 years ago and at first it was great until they put property management company ‘Trinity… Estates’ in control (first thing we weren’t told about) of the site and ever since then we have had nothing but problems. The first issue was with parking. MILLWOOD reps told us it was vehicles with company logos on that were

Let's keep this simple... There are 'new builds' and then there are Millwood new builds. These guys understand architecture, build quality and premier service in equal measure. Their choices of materials, finishes and their thoughts about how spaces are used is phenomenal in the context of the ordinary expectations we have come to have of Britain's… major house builders. MIllwood win award after award for good reason.
Of course there will be snags and occasional errors in any major complex transaction where hundreds of trades are being deployed but they always do their best to put things

Brought a 4 bedroom home from Millwood Designer Homes in Hastings and agreed when purchased at the approx £300 a year for “maintenance” costs. The Management company have now raised this to over £400 and on reading into this there is no capped cost that a management company can charge you on private land. I questioned the management company to why… I am paying £166.00 per year for buildings insurance ? I own my own home and pay this myself to be told this is for Public Liability for the estate ?!? To add insult to injury the management company appointed by Millwood
