This developer sold me land with exclusive rights to use when he knew that there was an easement over such land (meaning that I couldn’t even use it for the purpose he sold it to me for). When I complained, he said “not my problem… talk to your own solicitors (solicitors that he paid for and appointed for me). Now I’m in litigation with him and the solicitors he paid for (to represent me). Do not trust this developer, question everything he says! Do not trust the solicitors he appoints to represent you on the sale either…. They won’t act in your best interest.

Be warned about this developer - they tell lies. They sold us a property with eight solar panels on the roof, with a value of approximately £15000. At completion the solar panels were not included (despite being in all the plans). When we complained they said “it’s our right to change the specifications”. We later found out that they knew months beforehand that they were never going to give us the solar panels but remained quiet. Very dishonest people! If you do buy a home from them, make sure you get everything in writing.

OMG completely agree with the other bad reviews! They did the same things to me and my husband! In addition to promising solar panels and not giving them to us on completion, they also said they’d include a wine cooler and luxury vanity mirrors in the restrooms but didn’t deliver. We got same attitude from them (Rowan and Andy) - they said it was not their problem and could do what they wanted as developers. They sell you this “we are the good guys” story, and encourage you to trust them, and then fail to follow through what they promised. Rowan blames Andy, Andy blames Rowan! We made the

Absolute horrible experience with this company. Bought a new build off them and they built a pigeon into the ceiling which even though has been removed after we found it, it has not stopped attracting flies since. Black mould in wardrobe from not finishing the bathroom off properly and massive condensation problems from poor quality vents. Absolute shoddy aftercare as we can't get any ot the serious problems fixed without weeks of back and forth.

Please do not buy from this company. Featherstone homes are cowboys in disguise, they sold me a luxury new build which I really regret buying as we have had so many problems because they used the cheapest materials/ contractors from the lowest rated companies to save on costs. Their team consists of Rowan who is the developer, very rude guy who needs a reality check in life on how to deal with clients followed by Andy and Chris (building managers) who compulsively lie and will do anything in their power to blame other contractors and tell you they are working on an issue but nothing gets done.
