Through our strong knowledge of the development market we have a range of well-established business relationships with those active in the senior property and associated markets.
Brad formed Senior Property Associates in 2018, following a successful track record of projects and clients in the senior property market over the previous 6 years, whilst working alongside Simon Rohleder at the niche and long established Mayfair-based property advisory business of Rohleder Lumby; Simon remains a Consultant to Senior Property Associates.
These are effected through either market-wide or targeted marketing campaigns, and on occasions take place entirely off-market. We can advise across the full development process, from the initial site search, through the process of a conditional transaction, to advice associated with the marketing of extra care developments before and after practical completion.
