Greenacre Preschool was established in 1981 in a 'temporary' classroom building in the grounds of Bishopswood Schools. Today, the Pre-school has a lovely, purpose-built building. We aim to offer your child high quality care and education in a warm and loving environment.

Services
Greenacre Preschool offers high quality, affordable childcare in a warm and loving environment. During the morning and afternoon sessions, there are a minimum of 5 staff - usually 6 - and at lunchtime there are 4. This means that we work well in excess of the required Ofsted ratios. We also have students carrying out work placements with us from time to time, as well as inviting parents to help at any time.
Greenacre Preschool offers high quality, affordable childcare in a warm and loving environment. The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidance is statutory for all settings who work with children from birth to the end of the year in which they are five.
For children in Hampshire, this means that the final year of the EYFS happens in their first year at school in a nursery or reception class before they then go on to follow the National Curriculum.Every child is different and will develop at different rates in different ways, but every child must be given an equal opportunity to reach their own full potential.
