Your dedicated Property Manager will visit no less than every 4 weeks (some of our competitors only visit every 3 - 6 months) and carry out a comprehensive health & safety inspection of the managed property.

I would like to understand the following reasons for your 'extortionate" annual maintenance charges (below) for managing Apartment Phoenix House East Grinstead :
A 1 bedroom flat in the south east of England within a small block, with no gym, concierge, gardens or secured covered garages included is charging an annual £3300.00 service charge.
When the national average for this region is £1500.00 per annum with most of the above amenities included and London being an average of £1900 -2000.00 with amenities included in the charge.
Taking "all" of the above factors and national averages into
