But just in case they can't, a service/maintenance charge is a charge that you are liable to pay under the terms of your lease/deed. Your solicitor should have explained the terms of your lease/deed and the obligations relating to the property upon purchase. Your management company should provide you with a breakdown of what your service/maintenance charge is used for.

Since they took over the estate, looks like new, without them, our estate will go down, don’t listen to bad reviews, they just fantastic, they have an amazing team.
They deal with some careless residents, who can not be bothered to take the bags in the skip, and waiting for an amazing team to take to the skip , thanks to them our estate looks new.
I would highly recommend Kt.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
Having sent an email back in October regarding a replacement key for the changed lock on the communal door I'm still waiting for a response. You can't call them, advised that to help them out you need to email to never receive a response. For the amount they charge I expect a much timelier response.

Your payment plan was pre-historic and asking for hundreds of pounds up front with very little notice.
That aside you haven't sent another bill, or really lifted a finger in the 12 months since. To be honest I'm impressed you managed to reply to this. I expected a petty defence, hopefully people will see through it.

Like many other companies through this pandemic, they are using the pandemic itself as an excuse for their poor service, when the rest of the world is getting on with it, they appear to be unable to work from home remotely or in any capacity, replying to the emails and as long as two weeks, no phone calls being answered. Just all around poor service and using the excuse that they are busier than ever when I can't really see that's the case, what has actually changed for these people not much ! and if it is true I think it shows their ability to adapt to new working environments which doesn't give

Contacted KT to discuss increase in vermin/fly tipping/ general maintenance and damage to cars in the car park. Car is park being used by building contractors and their staff. I’m aware the issue has been raised by other residents with little/no action taken by kt management.
The proof is in the pudding, photos and records kept for evidence.
In anticipation of the usual response from KT regarding negative feedback I would simply ask....
