The company is run exclusively by the owners - Jeanette Hambrey and James Ellis - both of whom are Directors and own an equal share in the business, this simply means that we really care about the running of our business and go out of our way to try to be as flexible as we can to accommodate any Landlords requests regarding their rental property, due to this attitude we have built up a good reputation both with Tenants and Landlords and get a lot of recommendations coming through our door!
We try to make the process of renting a property with us as easy as possible, if you would like to view a property all you have to do is give us a call or come into the office and we will simply ask you a few basic questions regarding your current circumstances, we then book viewings for properties that suit your needs.

James and Jeanette have loads of local knowledge in relation to lettings in Kidderminster. They are friendly yet professional and will assist wherever they can. I have had previous experience with a large countrywide agency and found J E Property to look after their tenants and Landlords to a much higher standard. They deal with all aspects of the let and so you are not passed from one person/ department to another. I would recommend them highly to both landlords and tenants.
