Room was large & clean with plenty of storage space. Bathroom had a bath and a large shower cubicle which was also very clean. Only criticism we have is that there could have been more choice with the Breakfasts. EG like fruit and yoghurt
And more choice than just orange juice. Like Apple and Berry. But having said that. It did not take away from the overall experience. Dogs are welcome

Had a 2 might stay here in July 2021, its a superb Guess House, lovely friendly and helpful owners, everywhere was extremely clean, great location, one way is a short work to town center the other around 10mins to the west beach, really tasty breakfast, dog friendly, would 100% recommend and be returning to this guess house.

My husband an myself an our little dog have just come back from our stay at the kenmore for our 30th wedding anniversary it was very clean an covid restrictions were in place breakfast was bought to the room which was nice dave an Karen were very friendly an helpful nothing was too much trouble it was close to all local amenities an a short walk to the beach would def stay again an would def reccomend to anybody looking for a b an b in llandudno.anita alan an esme
