Our Standard Double rooms are modern comfy rooms with en suite shower and bathrooms each room has new soft double beds with plasma TV, tea and coffee facilities. Each family room is a nice warm comfy room consisting of 2 double beds, family en suite bathroom, tea and coffee facilities and plasma TV.

I booked a room here through booking.com last minute because of awful service at another B&B and could not have been happier. The staff on reception were friendly and polite, very thorough check in and covid safe. The room was beautiful, big king sized bed, nice and clean wit stunning views of the promenade. Thank you for turning my trip around

STAFF ARE RACIST!!!!!
The worst hotel I've ever been to. The hotel is filthy, the flooring makes noise, the beds are so uncomfortable you can feel every spring inside the mattress. The shower door was broken. The door tapped and even the desk had cardboard underneath to stop it from wiggling. The staff were very rude especially with the fact that I was wearing Hijab.

Check in was good ,no one to be found for check out.Bed very comfy. Large room. Clean ,quiet pleasant.Lovely bath towels. Location great. Shower abysmal. Powerful,hot but went absolutely everywhere. Shower curtain too short so stuck to your body. Reported the problem. They did try and fix it but no improvement. Budget hotel so you get what you pay for. Slept well.

On arrival the staff member on reception was nice enough and it looked decently clean but it went downhill from their onward. One of the walls in our room had something all over the room almost like someone had urinated up the wall. All the walls had some type of marks on. The bedding had multiple stains on so we went to reception to ask for some new bedding. A gentleman came to strip the bedding which then we discovered all over the mattress topper was more stains, it was hard to tell whether it was urine or some other bodily fluid but it was disgusting. So, we asked for a refund and went to anther

Worst hotel going. Room is really hot, shower filthy and covered in mould. Had to ask for clean towels. Stayed here for 3 nights and room wasn't cleaned once. Staff told us they weren't aloud cleaners in due to covid. The shower was dodgy and the pillows were the cheapest thinnest pillows I've ever seen with no pillow protectors on them. Wouldn't stay again if they paid me!
