My family party of 15 stayed for a 4 night break over the New Year, we have done this for the past 4 years. As per usual perfect, including the food. A well managed clean hotel with excellent polite staff, although there were certain restrictions it did not affect our break thanks to the way it was managed. Thank You to all the staff..

World class team, exceptional, friendly service, at an iconic UK holiday destination. The Imperial Hotel is unique, with charm like no other. I have visited numerous times and the room quality, cleanliness and even the food are always of extremely high standards. The guests return time and time again, Highly recommend, as you will no doubt become a loyal customer also!

From the minute I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The room I had was lovely and had a nice view of the town. The food was beautifully cooked every time from breakfast through to dinner, with plenty of options to choose from every day. A special mention though has to go too the bar staff, particularly Jodie who was a delight to speak too over the few days I was at the hotel and I was always met with a smile and asked how I was. It's obvious how hard she works and cares about the job, whether I stay at the Imperial next time I'm in Llandudno

Nice hotel, great location on the sea front. Breakfast buffet style had a good selection of food, but everyone handling the same serving spoons. The bedroom was too hot, had the windows open all night in November. Pool 14m long & warm. Hotel residents have to go down ready in swimwear with dressing gown on & back to the room the same way, not great going about the hotel like that or in the lift, but not too far to our room 533 & managed to not see anyone. Changing area & showers are kept for members only.

Great location, very good room with a lovely view over the sea. very clean with lots of hand sanitiser available all over the hotel. Breakfast excellent, very good choice of both hot and cold dishes. Ate dinner twice in the hotel restaurant. The food was very good but perhaps a bit more variety and choice could be offered. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. A very enjoyable stay - first away from home in nearly two years.

We had a pleasant stay, but found the hotel very expensive compared with others that are better. We had booked (and paid extra) for a sea view room, but found ourselves on the fifth floor in a room with small window panes, and a balcony with an obstructed view. This was disappointing, as was the need to book in advance to eat at the restaurant and the lack of bar food. We had dinner at the hotel one evening. The first and last courses looked great but tasted bland; the main course was a Sunday roast which was poor.

Our fourth-floor bedroom had all the facilities one would expect, although some of the corridors and stairways looked a little tired, and perhaps more lift provision is needed. Reception was efficient, without being overbearing. The restaurant was well-managed and the food mostly excellent. It was good to see the hotel generally well-staffed, and the younger less experienced members were managed very well.
