We came to stay early August for a week, the staff were faultless their was a blind man staying and I was impressed with the way she helped him at meal times. Unfortunately some of the main meals was something to be desired, first night was braising steak it was more like a piece of shoe leather and mash potatoes but the mash had not been mashed much it was still lumy lumpy. The salads looked nothing like was is on your website if it had it would have been worth eating. Fair to say the chef needs a recap on how to cook and dish up meals, on one night it should have been chicken supreme it wasn

Loved my stay at the Four Oaks from 12th-16th July 2021 when we came with Dunwoods Travel. Staff were so friendly, especially Andrea who was our happy waitress and George in the bar. They accommodated my nephews fussy eating well and even gave him a plate of roast potatoes and gravy one evening.
The food was delicious. There wasn't one meal I didn't enjoy. Everything was cooked well with good choices at each meal too. Our room was bright and spacious with a fantastic sea view. Paid over £400 for 3 night stay ,no breakfast or evening meal.all other hotels along promenade prices between £65 _£80 for double sea view room including breakfast .hotel clean but very basic and dated .staff were nice and helpful.had to turn on shower for 10 mins before water regulated on 3rd floor ,or take life in own hands .wont be returning .
