We have published Yoga For Flexibility, Strength and Balance to support training in class. Yoga Flex offers online Yoga classes. It was founded by the author of Yoga for Flexibility, Strength and Balance and the classes follow this methodology. We currently offer private one-to-one tuition and small group classes.
We recommend booking in for a taster session. As well as giving you a chance to try out one of our yoga classes, we will also discuss your motivations and aspirations. This will help us to tailor future classes to match your needs. Sessions are suitable for beginners.

Services
Once you have attended a taster session, you can book into a course. A taster session is the best place to start. These classes are run as part of the regular class. Taster sessions work all the major muscle groups, enabling you to explore and establish your range of movement and to identify what your individual development requirements are.
Written by the founder of Yoga Flex, this is an essential training guide that will take you through the Yoga Flex methodology. There is a growing realization that stretching is an important way of helping to maintain a healthy body and mind, and of reducing the risk of muscle injury. Accordingly, an increasing number of exercises from yoga have been incorporated into normal sports training.

I LOVE YOGA FLEX!!!!! All the Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Rooms always perfect temperature and classes are intense. Well, worth every penny, every moment. This is, by far, the best hot yoga studio I have ever been to. The instructors are not only dedicated, professional, friendly, and encouraging, they are true experts and enthusiastic practitioners themselves. I came here from classic hot yoga (aka "Bikram"), and am so glad I did -- the new and challenging styles I've been introduced to expanded on my practice, changed my body, and opened up my mind.
